Location was so convenient, right outside the train station exit and walking distance to laundry facilities, places to eat and things to do including the Tokyo City View. Very comfortable, clean accommodation.

The best reception staff especially the one working after 1pm today on the 19th of May 2025 and he is also doing the late shift. Incrediblly friendly, kind and helpful. He also speaks very good English.

Nice place, big room, perfect location near the subway station (Roppongi). The hotel provided free bags of drip coffee, green tea, and black tea as well as many helpful items in the bathroom (hair brush, shaving razor, aftershave lotion, body cream, ..etc). I loved it!

Nice place, good and welcoming staff, nice room with a big clean bathroom. I love that Bluetooth speaker. I’m definitely going to stay here again
